HTMLLabel is designed to replace the standard Label, our control offers far greater flexibility when formatting and rendering rich text by supporting standard HTML tags.

Gobicode’s HTMLLabel control provides powerful and unique text formatting facilities for Windows Forms developers. The control parses standard HTML tags such as and then updates it’s content accordingly.

Designed to replace the basic Label, our flexible control can also be used to render HTML onto the Graphics surfaces of other controls. Examples are provided using C# in our Tips section and also within the demo application.

The HTMLLabel has not been designed to function as a full Web browser, instead it supports a subset of HTML tags which allow developers to easily format text and images as they wish

· Multi-color gradients can be applied to the control's background as well as foreground text. Create gradients easily using our design-time editor.
· No need to use a legacy RichTextBox control to display text where a lightweight, managed HTMLLabel will do the job
· Capable of rendering onto other controls' Graphics surfaces, use HTML formatting in your grid, menu or custom control
· Choice of GDI+ or GDI text rendering (GDI only supported in .NET Framework 2.0 and later)
