ProxyChanger is a simple utility to change proxy settings for Internet Explorer.
No more need to go through several windows to achieve the same effect. (Tools -> Internet Options-> Connection-> LAN Settings -> Use a proxy server for your LAN/Use automatic configuration script).
It is probably best suited for business users who often have to switch between using proxy at work and direct cable connection to the internet at home.

To change the proxy setting, use the program before opening the Internet Explorer.
