PasteLister is a tool that captures and saves clipboard data and allows you to paste to any program much easier.

The basic idea is to press CTRL-V (or a specified hotkey) when you want to paste, and your list(s) of items will conveniently appear directly under the cursor of the application you're working with. Select an item, watch it paste! Allows multiple item selections/pastes and much more.
