RouterConsole is a new, improved router simulator, designed to help Cisco CCNA candidates.

Here are some key features of "RouterConsole":
· implements the "most wanted" commands for a router simulator: ping and extended ping, telnet, traceroute, setup(!); ROM monitor is implemented(!), also some very basic RXBOOT (boot from ROM); key sequences (Ctrl-Shift-6 x, Ctrl-Break, Ctrl-Z, Ctrl-C) are also implemented; of course you can test password recovery.
· the "Home Labs" section has 41 simulations (5 in the evaluation version), containing troubleshooting and configuration scenarios which will be very useful for your exams!
· excellent error trapping - all parameters are checked, and '^' really points to the word containing the error!
· implements all the enhanced editing combinations (over 20 combinations!).

· the "Learning Labs" section is a step-by-step tutorial
